Het is Garulfo en prins Romuald gelukt de kamer van prinses Hephylie te bereiken, hoog in de kasteeltoren, maar helaas staat niet de prinses, maar de geduchte Noémie hen op te wachten. Ze zitten in de val en hebben geen andere keus dan aan het toernooi mee te doen. Tegelijkertijd trekken de in het kasteel aanwezige ridders eropuit om prins Huon te wreken en het monster te doden, waar prinses Hephylie inmiddels vriendschap mee heeft gesloten.
