Je zou kunnen zeggen dat Amoras een Suske-en-Wiske-verhaal is. Maar dat zou een beetje kort door de bocht zijn. Het is namelijk niet gericht op het gebruikelijke Suske-en-Wiske publiek, maar eerder op de mensen die ooit Suske en Wiske lazen toen ze klein waren maar die de serie inmiddels ontgroeid zijn.
